We are looking for Business Analyst/Project Manager with the ability to learn and become Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for project delivery;
• Facilitation the customer’s requirements elicitation, analysis;
• Taking a highly consultative approach in managing the customer and provide clear recommendations for solution strategies and option;
• Designing wireframes in Axure, Balsamiq;
• Reporting and tracking project metrics;
• Ensuring that company standards, procedures and policies are followed;
• Leading and motivating your team, rewarding high achievement and effectively resolving under performance.

Requirements

• Understanding of software development life cycle;
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum/Lean approach;
• Project management skills;
• UX design skills;
• B2+ English;
• Good communication skills.
